An artisan-inspired meat and seafood restaurant for the urban suburban, nestled along the stunning shores of Lake Minnetonka. We are bold, fresh, and modern. Meat.Fish.Drink. True steakhouse cuts of beef should be held to a higher standard. Our beef is all Midwestern-raised, corn-fed, USDA Prime Angus. Naturally aged for 40 days and nights. All cuts are hand-selected and trimmed to our exacting specifications by our 3rd generation butcher.
